I redirected my career after working in retail for many years. I found that counseling was helpful in making effective changes in my own personal life and decided to return to school and become a counselor. I have worked with children and families; adults; teens; and seniors utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy to help others make changes in their lives also. I believe in holding people accountable for making those changes while walking alongside them to help guide them in the direction that they need to go. I believe that most people can make positive choices and changes with the right work and guidance.
