“I like and appreciate my therapist, she is trying to understand my feelings and perspective. It’s complicated because the therapy has been needed for a while and put off. It might seem as though I disconnect, however it’s more about processing the difficult pieces and moving on. I was also on vacation for a week and upon returning I have had very little time available as my boss took 2.5 weeks off.”
