Hello! If you are reading this, you have stepped out of your comfort zone and are exploring who you can trust with your innermost thoughts and feelings. I would be honored to support you in healing from traumatic/adverse childhood experiences, grief/loss, life transitions, and postpartum depression. As a mental health professional, I have seen firsthand the plight of the human condition. Over the past 20+ years, I have gained experience and insight that have uniquely prepared me for this work. I believe our ability to grow and heal hinges upon our views and beliefs of what we can see. What we cannot see, we do not truly know. Therefore, I will provide a safe place where you can explore your thoughts and emotions to manifest a shift in perspective, developing the clarity, growth, peace, and healing you seek. I am passionate about this work. My own curative journey has led me to explore a whole-person approach: mind, body, soul. I understand this process intimately and recognize that deep restoration reveals itself in layers. I am dedicated and compassionate as a trauma-informed professional to hold a non-judgment zone, where you will be patiently supported and spurred on along your curative journey. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
