Getting to know Dr. Nancy Roepke

I am new to this platform and am looking forward to meeting new clients through Zocdoc! I am a caring and compassionate therapist with a PhD in Psychology from The University of Arizona, and I have been treating clients in the Scottsdale area for over 30 years. I offer treatment both in office and via telehealth. I am invested in collaborating with my clients to find solutions and tools for the challenges they may face. Together, we can work on areas such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, loss, transitions, improving communication, enhancing self-esteem, and setting and achieving goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will meet for the initial intake session to discuss what is bringing you into treatment, and to determine what you would like to achieve in therapy. It is not uncommon for us to discuss strategies to implement between sessions so that progress is being made between session times. I believe therapy is a collaborative experience and therefore we are always working together to help you achieve your goals.
