I am direct, suppportive, and challenging. I generally ask clients to have the courage to challenge themselves to address the uncomfortable, painful, and sad events of their lives. I walk beside them on the journey to change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session we will do a review of our last session to address anything that is needed than we will began therapy to address treatment goals. I predominantly use EBT's (CBT, EMDR, etc.).
