I am a licensed therapist providing teletherapy throughout the state of New Hampshire. With my years of knowledge, extensive training, and vast experience, I serve to empower you with the help you need. I have a passion for helping you heal yourself. I have provided therapy for those affected by domestic violence and have served as a licensed therapist for the NH Attorney General’s Victims Witness Protection Program, counseling individuals through traumatic life events. I am also the recipient of a clinical mental health presidential award. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. I am knowledgeable about geriatric issues as well as substance abuse concerns. Some of my work experience includes treatment for survivors of narcissistic abuse, military families and trauma, dark psychology, CPTSD, and PTSD. The types of services I offer include counseling for depression, anxiety, narcissistic abuse, and trauma. I use a variety of treatment modalities such as Somatic Therapy, EMDR, CBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to name a few. Healing yourself from trauma is a journey we take together. We can uncover “what happened to you” and renew who you are. Healing the whole individual is key—mind, body, and spirit. I provide counseling for adults and seniors on relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma, using a variety of theoretical perspectives.
