Hi Im Nancy Valdes, LCSW. Ive been helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma and lifes challenges for over 15 years. My approach is collaborative and empowering, use practical, evidencebased approaches like CBT, DBT and CPT to help you understand your emotions, shift unhelpful patterns and build skills to feel more confident and in control. I enjoy working in partnership with my clients to determine which therapeutic approach and techniques will support best their journey and healing. It is important to me that you feel connected to your therapist, as this connection creates the trust and transparency needed to reach your goals. Outside of work, I practice meditation, enjoy reading, cooking, journaling, trying different cuisines, traveling and most recently gardening. I love animals and nature and one of my personal goals this year is learning to play the guitar. I would be honored to support you on your healing journey and provide a safe, compassionate space for growth and change.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
