Sometimes her nonverbal communication gives off a judgemental tone. This creates an uncomfortable environment most of the time. She was also not understanding on a recent visit when I was late for the 1st time ever, despite communicating I would be.
I like how I?m allowed to express myself without judgement. I like how my therapist focuses on my needs and together we come up with ways to help meet them.
