I believe in being present with a person and incorporating holistic approaches to helping individuals achieve their goals. I understand that providing a space for someone to express their thoughts and feelings free of judgment may be the key to unlocking their growth and success. I have experience working with individuals facing challenges with anxiety, depression, stress, communication issues, and low self-esteem.
