Getting to know Naomi Pollak

Hi! I run an online practice where I offer therapy for individuals and couples in New York. My goal is to help you improve your life, whatever it may currently feel like. I have treated a diverse group of individuals with a variety of needs including trauma, anxiety, hoarding, anger management and grief.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am currently accepting new clients (18+) and offer weekday and evening hours. When you book an appointment with me on Zocdoc, you are booking a free 30 minute consultation. The consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other a bit and for you to ask me any questions you have. If we decide to start therapy together, we will schedule a 60 minute intake session (this session is paid) where I will ask you questions about your history and get to know you a little more. We will also schedule your first therapy session (separate from the intake)
