Psychotherapist
2550 Honolulu Ave, #201, Glendale, CA
I help clients who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, trauma, OCD, and burnout finally find lasting relief. Many of my clients are high achievers who look successful on the outside but quietly struggle with intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or overwhelming stress. My practice offers a compassionate, results-oriented approach that helps you move beyond coping strategies and toward true healing. I specialize in Brainspotting, a cutting-edge therapy that processes trauma and anxiety at the root, as well as OCD—particularly Pure O (Purely Obsessional OCD). For clients who experience relentless intrusive thoughts without visible compulsions, I offer an approach that combines Brainspotting, ERP-informed strategies, and nervous system regulation. I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating OCD, anxiety, and trauma, helping them regain freedom from looping thought patterns and compulsive cycles. Whether you’re recovering from trauma, managing OCD, or feeling weighed down by burnout or anxiety, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. I provide both individual counseling and therapy intensives designed for deeper, accelerated progress. If you’re ready to move past the cycles of intrusive thoughts and overwhelming stress, I would be honored to help you create lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and deeply attuned. My style balances compassion with practical tools, so you feel both supported and equipped to make meaningful shifts. I work extensively with OCD—including Pure O OCD in children, teens, and adults—helping clients who feel trapped in cycles of intrusive thoughts, mental compulsions, and self-doubt. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that keep you stuck and use Brainspotting alongside ERP-informed strategies to address the underlying anxiety driving OCD. Because this work engages both mind and body, clients often notice changes more quickly than with talk therapy alone. You may experience fewer intrusive thoughts, less compulsion to “figure it out,” and greater relief from anxiety. While my specialty includes OCD, trauma, and high-functioning anxiety, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. Sessions move at your pace, and I’ll always check in to ensure you feel safe, supported, and empowered. Clients often leave therapy feeling lighter, more grounded, and more hopeful about their future.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session begins with grounding and checking in about what feels most pressing for you that day. Sometimes that means exploring a recent stressor or relationship dynamic; other times it may mean working directly with a traumatic memory, body sensation, or recurring thought pattern. I guide clients through Brainspotting—a process that uses eye position to access the brain’s innate ability to process unresolved trauma and emotional pain. You’ll be invited to notice what arises internally while I provide steady support. Many clients are surprised at how natural and effective this feels, even if they’ve struggled with traditional talk therapy in the past. Alongside this, we may integrate mindfulness, nervous system regulation tools, and strengths-based reflection to support long-term growth. Sessions are always collaborative: you set the pace, and I provide the expertise to help you reach your goals. Clients often begin to notice changes in how they respond to stress, relate to others, and experience themselves after just a few sessions. For those seeking faster progress, I also offer therapy intensives—longer sessions over one to three days—which allow for deeper focus and accelerated healing. No matter the format, my goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and capable of creating meaningful change in your life.
