But no matter where you are in your journey, I believe you’ve got what it takes to move forward. I’m here to help you get unstuck, build strength, and make lasting changes that feel right for you. I hold a Master’s in Community Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University. For 15 years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life—whether in the middle of a mental health crisis, dealing with substance use, or facing life’s daily challenges. I’ve done everything from providing assessments in emergency rooms to offering support through video and phone calls to people all over the world.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clients describe me as straightforward, compassionate, and as someone who doesn’t sugarcoat things. If we’re working together, you can expect me to be real with you, but also deeply understanding. We’ll dive into what's going on and work through it in a way that makes sense for you and rebuilds your confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe we all have the potential to grow and change, even when things seem impossible. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, boosting self-esteem, and breaking old habits that are holding you back.
