I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University, which has equipped me to provide compassionate, effective care. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am so proud of you for being here. It is scary to make this first step to try to find someone who can walk with you on this vulnerable journey and I am so proud of you for being brave enough to do it. Healing can be scary but you are not alone. I am here to help. I have been practicing as a therapist for about 4.5 years and I love being a therapist because I love helping people with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and who are going through life transitions. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a client-center approach as I accompany clients on their healing journey. I understand how difficulty it can be so I meet my clients were they are while challenging them to make the positive changes necessary for healing. The goal is to reach a level of well-being and self-knowledge that will allow independence and maintenance beyond the therapeutic environment.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
