I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California. I created a tele-mental health practice 3 years ago, and I love it. I help clients gain insight about themselves and support them through difficult decisions and life circumstances. Previously, I worked for many years within the correctional system, treating men, women and adolescents.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is empathic, warm, actively engaging and collaborative. I will sometimes interrupt a client to focus on an important emotional experience or thought process they are experiencing in order to move the client forward. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space.
