Psychotherapist

*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I work with adults and young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I’m passionate about helping to normalize therapy and mental health support-it takes real courage and strength to reach out and take those first steps toward change. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, accepting, and open-minded, where you can be fully yourself. Together, we’ll build trust, explore what’s been weighing on you, and work toward the goals and changes that matter most to you. I bring warmth, transparency, humor, and open-mindedness into the therapy space, creating an environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered as the expert of your own life. My goal is to help you build confidence and resilience-so you can face what’s beyond your control with compassion and take meaningful action to create the changes you can. Everyone deserves access to care and support when life feels heavy or overwhelming. We all go through difficult experiences and stressful seasons that can impact our well-being-and you don’t have to navigate them alone. If you’re ready for change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as a source of support, encouragement, and guidance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adults ages 18 to 65 from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, life experiences, and mental health needs. I’m passionate about providing care that feels truly tailored to each individual, drawing from a variety of approaches depending on what fits best. In our work together, I may integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to support your unique goals and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I became a clinician because I’ve seen firsthand how deeply mental health—and the presence or absence of support—can shape a person’s quality of life. In my work, I strive to be honest, empathetic, gently challenging, and deeply supportive. My goal is to create a warm, open-minded space where you feel safe to be transparent and vulnerable as we work together toward your goals. Ultimately, I hope therapy helps you feel truly heard, empowered, and better equipped to create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
