Psychotherapist
ME
Hi there, I'm Natalie! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy services focused on supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I use a collaborative, client-centered approach with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients build practical coping skills. My focus I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and challenges related to self-esteem and life transitions. Many of my clients are navigating school-related stress, peer and family conflict, difficulty managing emotions. My approach My approach to care is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills they can use in daily life. My communication style My communication style is calm, supportive, and straightforward. I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. I use clear, age-appropriate language and check in regularly to ensure understanding, especially when introducing new concepts or skills. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to becoming a provider because of a strong interest in understanding people and a desire to support others through challenging life experiences. Over time, my training and clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families reinforced my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. My goals for you I help clients reach their goals by first collaborating with them to clearly identify what they want to change, improve, or better understand in their lives. Together, we break larger goals into smaller, realistic, and measurable steps so progress feels manageable and achievable.
