My clients come to me with a history of family issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, marital and relationship conflicts. They want to learn coping skills to help them reduce anxiety and depression, improve interpersonal relationships, strengthen self-esteem, accept life situations, develop perspective, all while having compassion for themselves and others. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working in a family clinic and a private practice. In addition, I utilize different modalities to suit the needs of my clients including CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT and EMDR. I am here to help you learn to cope with a history and /or current life circumstances that are challenging. Therapy will help you develop the self confidence to make decisions that reflect your values, and help you develop a positive sense of self.
