What should a new client know about working with you?

I DO NOT PRESCIBE MEDICATION. I will work with you to develop specific goals that you would like to accomplish. I will challenge you to try new skills and will often assign "therapy homework" so that you can track your progress. Sessions will be a mix of talk-therapy, skills training and goal setting.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will reach out to you to confirm your appointment time. You will receive an email with access to your secure client portal, where you can complete paperwork and book any future appointments. Your initial appointment will be spent getting to know one another and completing the initial assessment.
