What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: not accepting Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist grew from years of working closely with children and families as a nanny, dance teacher, and school-based clinician. These experiences in both clinical and school-based settings deepened my commitment to providing empathetic, developmentally informed care. In my practice now, I bring warmth, creativity, and genuine curiosity to each session, honoring every patient’s unique story. I am also planning to pursue my Doctor of Social Work, reflecting my commitment to ongoing growth, ethical practice, and providing thoughtful, high-quality care to every patient I serve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel supported by a collaborative partner who meets you where you’re at and builds trust through authenticity and compassion. I achieve this by incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Mindfulness-based care, and creative interventions to help you gain insight and develop practical coping skills. My style is collaborative and flexible, tailored to your unique needs and goals. I look forward to helping you feel empowered, understood, and confident as you work toward growth and balance.
