My mission is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by integrating the mind, body, and spirit wellness connection in our art of providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions. I am a Licensed Social Worker, currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New York University. My current employer is Monarch Counseling Center.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and that therapy can help unlock that potential. I provide a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
