Natalie Lowe, LCSW

Psychotherapist
PA
For the past five years, Natalie has helped adolescents and young adults find a soothing space to express themselves safely. As a practicing therapist, she helps clients reach their therapeutic goals by processing their thoughts while they are experiencing difficult times. She provides a safe space for clients to identify, learn, and apply appropriate boundaries. As a former educator, Natalie has learned that everyone has a story that impacts their lives in a defining way. This perspective allows her to see and feel the needs of her clients. Natalie’s compassion and empathy towards those in need of support were the catalyst that led her to pursue a career in social work. Natalie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Widener University with a Master’s in Social Work. My approach Natalie uses Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral approaches, narrative, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and guided meditation. My focus My intake process begins with an expression of your concerns in a 15-minute free consultation. My goal in the consultation is to create an open and safe space for you. I work with young adults, adults, couples, and older adults adapting to life's transitions and learning to pivot in our changing world. I understand the therapeutic progress looks different for everyone. Your forward movement occurs with the first steps. Let's take the first step together. I am always interested in learning new approaches to support my clients as they move through an ever-changing world. I challenge myself to learn and explore new concepts monthly through continuing education courses addressing grief, loss, anxiety, depression, aging, life's transitions, chronic illness, and couples counseling. My communication style I understand how courageous it is to step into vulnerability. My therapy style is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique path.
