My path into relational therapy began with a deep curiosity about romantic relationships and the many forces that shape them, our values, upbringing, attachment experiences, and the world around us. I believe that no two relationships are the same, and therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, collaborative space where we can explore your relationship together, including the unspoken patterns, emotions, and needs that often go unheard.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with couples, individual adults (18+), and college-aged adults. I have a special interest in supporting couples who are adjusting to new roles, changing dynamics, or major life transitions. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients feel supported, empowered, and understood.
