“Nat is incredibly kind. I am so excited to have them help me work through some things. From our first intake session today they gave me so much hope and optimism for the future and healing from my past. I cannot recommend them more they listened and showed so much empathy which is exactly what I needed. Our first session really helped me more than I could have imagined. This is my first time speaking to a therapist outside of the counselors here and there in college and I am really optimistic and hopeful at the idea of working with Nat. The first words they said to me were thank you for taking this first step and welcome to therapy and those words made me tear up.”

I am dedicated to nurturing and supporting clients throughout their healing journey. I seek to assist others through using creative expression as a way to explore one's sense of self and understand their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those I work with and offer a safe, gentle, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions and experiences. I have experience working with children, youth, young adults, and adults facing a wide variety of challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs through integrating modalities such as Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, existentialist therapy, and mindfulness to aid in navigating personal identity, exploring behavior, and managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. I am passionate about creating a space that honors intersectional identities, operates from an anti-oppressive perspective, and is affirming to neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Nat is a warm and gentle therapist with a talent for blending traditional talk therapy with art. She is intentional and thoughtful in her work and a dedicated clinician. You'll be in excellent hands if you work with them!
Nat has a real talent for using both talk therapy and art therapy exercises in combination to delve deep on issues I've had trouble working through over the past couple of years. She has a gentle and supportive approach to working through my problems and really knows how to help me open up when I have trouble with it. I highly recommend Nat for anyone working through complicated issues that might not have simple answers.
Natalie is a caring and exceptional therapist! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, which was super important to me. Therapy can be overwhelming so having someone who "gets it" made everything much easier. I'm so grateful I got connected with her!
Nat Roberts is an art therapist who blends creativity with genuine care, making them an excellent choice for anyone exploring this type of therapy. They create a safe and welcoming space where people can express themselves through art, even if they don’t consider themselves artistic.
