My journey to mental healthcare I have always wanted to help people in need in any way that I can since I was a child. I was only slightly aware of how to help people until I heard about Freud and Pavlov in high school. As I got older and realized that there were other people besides the two I heard about, I was overjoyed. As I did my graduate work in the community, the hospital, and in people's homes, I realized the fundamental belief that everyone has the potential for positive growth and change. Everyone, no matter who they are or where they are from, deserves Empathy, Respect, and dignity in their daily life. My goals for you Therapy is always a Partnership, and together we can slowly identify your concerns and set goals, whether it is to improve relationships, build self-esteem, or achieve another personal objective. While working together, your goals can change as new insights are discovered, and we can adapt our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you.
