“I feel heard and understood by Natalie. I can tell she is always listening to what I have to say, she is empathetic, and connects the dots. I leave our sessions feeling like I’m making progress, not just venting. She also gives me tools I can use outside of session or that I can refer back to, which I find helpful.”

Getting to know Natalie Saada

Steps Once You Book 1. Insurance Verification (if applicable): Once your booking request is received, it typically takes 1–3 business days to verify your coverage. If verification shows that I am not in-network with your plan, our office will reach out to ask whether you’d like to keep the session and pay an out-of-network fee. If you are in-network, you will receive an email with your copay amount. 2. New Client Paperwork: After booking your session, Zocdoc will prompt you to complete paperwork. If you don’t receive these documents, please reach out and my office will resend them. You may also receive an email directly from our office confirming your session or reminding you to complete any outstanding forms. 3. Alma Intake & Payment Method: You’ll receive a separate email from Alma, our billing and telehealth platform, with a secure link to enter your credit card information and complete required assessments. A credit card on file is required for all clients, even if you are using insurance. Please complete this before your session. 4. Receiving Your Telehealth Link: After all forms and assessments are submitted, your payment method is on file, and your insurance (if applicable) has been verified, you’ll receive an email with the secure link to join your remote session. Your session can only take place once all steps above are completed. I work with women, including mothers, navigating relationships, family, career concerns, identity shifts, and life transitions. Many clients are looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves and the challenges they’re facing, and to move through patterns that feel hard to change on their own. Sometimes these challenges show up as anxiety or depression, or are connected to past or recent traumatic experiences that continue to affect the present, which I also offer EMDR therapy for. Other times, it feels like a general sense of overwhelm, that something isn’t quite right, not feeling settled or like yourself.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is personalized and thoughtful. I usually begin with an intake to understand your history, concerns, and goals. After the intake, I take time to thoughtfully develop a treatment plan that guides our work and gives therapy a clear sense of direction. While sessions are always responsive to what feels most important to you in the moment, I am intentional about helping us stay aligned with your goals so our time together remains focused and meaningful. Sessions offer a steady space to reflect, gain insight, and build clarity and momentum toward meaningful, lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with young adult and adult women individually across New York through virtual sessions.
