Hi, I’m Natalie, and I’m an Associate Clinical Social Worker! I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to working with kids. I started working with children when I was fifteen. Over the years, I've come to realize how naturally I connect with children and families, building trust and offering support during difficult times. That path led me into the field of therapy, where I now work with children, teens, young adults, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, from anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma to school stress, behavioral concerns, and relationship conflicts. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and strength-based care, but I draw from many methods, including play therapy, trauma-focused therapy, DBT, mindfulness, family systems, and narrative approaches. Therapy should be a safe, judgment-free space where kids and families feel understood and supported. My philosophy centers on the “Whole Child, Whole Family” dynamic, because a child’s well-being is deeply connected to their family, environment, and community. In sessions, I aim to be playful, purposeful, and predictive, making therapy engaging while also preparing families with the tools they’ll need long after our work together. I don’t see my role as “fixing” anyone, but rather walking alongside the client and creating a space where healing and growth can unfold naturally. I’m fluent in English and Hebrew, certified in school social work, and specialize in working with individuals, families, and couples from ages three through young adulthood. Outside of my professional life, I love exploring nature, relaxing at the beach, and traveling (Mexico is my favorite destination). I’m also a triplet and love spending time with my family!
