Hello, I'm Natalie, and I'm here to help you navigate through the challenges you're facing. Depression can take over your life, often making you feel numb, like your world has turned grey. At times, it can become too difficult to get out of bed and interact with others. Depression endorses feelings of hopelessness, difficulty with focus, and feeling worthless. Maybe you feel like a burden to your family and friends. Are you feeling alone even when in a crowd of people? I would like for us to explore this concern together. There are many possibilities with therapy. Cognitive therapy and psychotherapy are effective in easing these feelings. We will continue searching for the most effective approach to get your life back. I have experience in cognitive behavior therapy, psychotherapy, mindfulness, and others. Sometimes one will be effective, and often a combination of therapy will prove best. I will be supportive as you continue your path to wellness. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My specialties include working with individuals dealing with dementia, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, psychosis/schizophrenia, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, addiction, children's mental/behavioral health, family relationships, military/veteran support, adolescent & teen mental/behavioral health, and life transitions. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will work on strategies that can help you regain control and find a sense of balance and peace in your life. If you're ready to take the first step towards healing, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
