What should a new client know about working with you?

It's all about what's best for you. This is a time for you to work though understanding your emotions and thoughts. Therapy is a time for you to find clarity, and that's what I hope to help you do. I will actively listen and reflect when necessary. I will provide you with strategies that we can work on during session and strategies you can use in your daily life. If the strategies work for you, GREAT! If not, we can go back to the drawing board and figure out what does work. Remember, therapy is a journey, there's not a magic cure. Just know, I will be here to help you along the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I really enjoy helping people reach their full potential and rediscover reasons to love themselves and others. Based on the person's needs, I may use a variety of modalities including CBT, humanistic therapy, Gestalt therapy, and person-centered therapy. It's all about what's best for you. This is a time for you to work though understanding your emotions and thoughts. Therapy is a time for you to find clarity, and that's what I hope to help you do.
