Natalie Smith, LPC

Natalie Smith, LPC

Psychotherapist
MO
I attained my Master’s in Professional Counseling from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2016, and I started providing therapy to school-aged children in 2020. In 2021, I transitioned to working with adoptive and foster families as well as adults. I am currently a school counselor and provide therapy to adults during evenings and weekends. I am an open-minded, optimistic person who enjoys dancing and singing loudly. I love relaxing and watching good shows or movies, as well as working in the garden. Professionally, I truly enjoy helping people reach their full potential and rediscover reasons to love themselves and others. Depending on the person’s needs, I may use a variety of modalities including CBT, Humanistic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. It’s all about what’s best for you. This is your time to work through understanding your emotions and thoughts. Therapy is a time for you to find clarity, and that’s what I hope to help you do.
