What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach that moves at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I ask questions, offer observations, and help you look at situations from different perspectives while keeping your goals at the center of the work. I also value transparency, so we can talk openly about what is or is not feeling helpful and adjust the work as needed.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Early sessions focus on identifying the changes you would like to see in your life and understanding what may be getting in the way. From there, we set clear goals and use sessions to examine current concerns, recurring patterns, and possible next steps. Sessions often involve looking at what is working, what is not, and what may be within your control to change. We problem-solve together, consider different options, and identify practical steps that feel realistic for your life. When something cannot be changed, we can also work on how to respond to it in a way that feels more manageable.
