“Natasha is an expectational practitioner. Her ability to listen, and then translate complex feelings and emotions into a way that makes you feel validated is probably one of her most profound super powers. As a therapist, Natasha will exceed your expectations and break the limitations you have put on yourself ; so be ready to work. As a professional, Natasha is easily at the top of her game. Natasha has always provided timely communication about appointments, payments, and other office necessities/logistics. She displays her respect for my time by always showing up to appointments on time, and eloquently closes each session without making me feel rushed, or "unfinished". I have nothing but positive praise for Natasha, her dedication and skill, for me has been unmatched. If you are looking to start your mental wellbeing journey, or further your current goals I recommend Natasha 100 times over.”

Getting to know Natasha Bryant

You are in a season of transition and feel stuck, unsure of the “right” first step to take. Overthinking fuels anxiety, and self-doubt makes you question your value. You no longer want comparisons or the fear of disappointing others to keep you from living life on your terms. You know you want more for yourself and recognize that you deserve it-more fulfillment, joy, meaningful connections, and satisfaction. You are ready to unapologetically live your best life as your authentic self. With a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, I use cognitive behavioral methods alongside family of origin and attachment work to empower women to take bold risks. Together, we transform past hurts into future masterpieces, dreams into accomplished goals, and self-doubt into undefeated confidence. Imagine having a partner guiding and supporting you through this mission of restoring, rebuilding, and renewing the life you have always envisioned. I challenge you to take the bold and brave step of putting yourself first by contacting me today.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe it is important to create a space that welcomes trust and vulnerability. “What do you want out of therapy,” “What are your expectations of me,” are examples of questions I ask to start a collaboration and partnership with you. My intent is to empower you to regain authority over your life and I do that by honoring you as the expert of your story.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you make an appointment I will personally contact you to set up your client portal, review intake documents, and answer any questions you may have. The first 2-3 sessions will focus on learning more about you and what brought you to therapy, working together in creating treatment goals, and increasing education about your symptoms and the cause of those symptoms.
