You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, respected, and understood. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, navigating a difficult relationship, grieving a loss, adjusting to a major life change, or simply realizing that something in your life needs to change, you don't have to figure it all out alone. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I understand that there is no single path to healing, so we'll work together to find an approach that makes sense for you, your experiences, and your goals. As a biracial woman who is African American and Jewish, I recognize the important ways that culture, identity, family, faith, relationships, and life experiences can shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. I bring this perspective to therapy with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect for each client's unique story. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, grief and loss, emotional challenges, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and personal growth. I also have training in suicide prevention, postpartum mental health, and substance use concerns. My therapeutic approach is integrative, which means I draw from different evidence-informed approaches based on your individual needs. Together, we'll explore what's happening in your life, identify what's already working, better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that can help you move forward.
