Do you want more from your life? More peace? More joy? More hope? Existing can sometimes be difficult. Are there times that you find yourself waking up each morning just going through the motions, while simply pretending that you are fine, that life's great, and you have it all together? Meanwhile, you're struggling with thoughts of feeling stuck, fears, flashbacks of past traumas or abuse, grief, disappointments and/or relational failures. You deserve more than just to survive. Reclaim your power! It’s time to confront the fears, struggles, worries, stressors, and doubts that have been controlling your life. You deserve it! At times people feel disempowered, scared, or have stigma to get support but it takes strength and self-love to reach out. One of the bravest things you can do is to take that first step in beginning to understand your story. I am here to provide the encouragement, challenges, and skills that you need to make changes and reach your life goals. Dr. Dominguez has over 15 years of clinical experience with specialization in military veterans mental health, substance abuse, couples counseling, and adolescent mental health. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Brainspotting, and is a Certified Trauma Professional. What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to provide a safe therapeutic environment that enables growth and self-confidence. I utilize an eclectic approach in therapy. I believe that it is important to be multifaceted since therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so therapy will be an assimilation of different techniques that are catered to clients’ needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I practice talk therapy.
