Natasha Lamb, LCSW

Psychotherapist
786 Blanding Blvd, Ste 120, Orange Park, FL
Education Mrs. Natasha Lamb received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida, minoring in Criminal Justice. Natasha then went on to earn her Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Children and Families. Experience Natasha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience working with individuals seeking to overcome Depressive and Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, grief and loss, as well as difficulty managing stress. While there is no cookie-cutter approach to working with different mental disorders, Natasha has a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is based on the idea that changing the way one thinks will then change associated feelings and behaviors. Natasha aspires to help each client she serves find the improved version of themselves. She works with those who are overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, anxious, who may experience anger issues, or who have weight/bariatric concerns to overcome personal challenges. Natasha believes helping you find the “best” mental and physical self will give you the strength and energy to live your desired life. She works with clients to decrease their mental health symptoms that may serve as barriers to achieving an overall sense of well-being. Natasha has worked with victims of domestic violence, children and families within foster care, adolescents and adults with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders, and relationship complications affecting both heterosexual and homosexual couples. Organizationally, Natasha has also worked as a Clinical Supervisor, training staff on evidence-based interventions to help low-income individuals and families overcome mental and substance abuse challenges. Additionally, she has served as a program supervisor for a nonprofit community mental health agency, where she developed mental health and substance abuse programs.
