Hello and welcome! I am so glad that you are here. Have you been struggling with "keeping it all together"? No matter how hard you try, does it feel like the pieces are crumbling around you? Does it feel like you are disconnected from yourself and unsure of who you are anymore? I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and help individuals on their journey to re-establish their connection with themselves. As we go on this journey together, we will identify what is not working and explore ways to implement positive change that promotes wellness, growth, and healing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I will use an individualized, person-centered approach during our sessions. You are my focus during our time together. I am here to offer encouragement and support as you lead the way on this wellness journey. I utilize warmth, empathy, and honesty, to create a safe and therapeutic environment.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
