You may be carrying experiences that are difficult to put into words or finding it hard to feel settled, connected, or fully present. My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative, with space for your story, your strengths, and the changes that matter most to you. I welcome veterans, service members, and adults seeking support with trauma and its effects on daily life. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and incorporate critical memory integration work, somatic approaches, and my certification in breathwork into individualized care. Together, we can explore how past experiences influence present emotions and patterns, while developing practical ways to navigate distress and build a greater sense of steadiness. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I prioritize trust, choice, and a pace that respects your readiness. My goal is to help you move toward a life with greater connection, flexibility, and a renewed sense of possibility.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and your goals. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or feel ready to share every detail of your experiences. We’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy and move at a pace that respects your readiness. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), incorporate critical memory integration and somatic methods into trauma work, and am certified in breathwork. Depending on your needs and preferences, we may combine talking with practices that help you notice and work with emotions and physical responses to stress. I welcome veterans and recognize that each person’s experiences are unique. You can expect me to listen without judgment, explain the approaches we consider, and invite your feedback throughout our work together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We begin by getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy, how your concerns affect daily life, and what you hope will change. You can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and develop a plan that reflects your needs and comfort level. Early sessions focus on building trust and finding practical ways to manage distress. As our work progresses, we may incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), critical memory integration, somatic methods, or breathwork. I’ll explain each approach so you can make informed choices about your care. Throughout therapy, we’ll check in about your progress, what feels helpful, and what needs adjusting. My goal is for our work to support meaningful changes both in sessions and in your everyday life.
