What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a graduate degree in Counseling and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I draw upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Positive Psychology.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental environment in which you will feel genuinely heard and validated. My primary objective in treatment is to cultivate a sense of hope, enhance motivation, and support you in achieving your personal goals. I am dedicated to providing the guidance and encouragement necessary to ensure you feel fully supported.
