If you've been feeling disconnected from the people around you—or from yourself—you don't have to figure it out alone. Maybe you're struggling to set boundaries, feeling like you keep ending up in the same situations with friends or partners, having a difficult time navigating family relationships, feeling lonely even when you're surrounded by people, or wondering why relationships seem so much harder than they should be. Perhaps a major life change, like starting a new job, moving, ending a relationship, or stepping into a new role, has left you feeling unsure of yourself and how you relate to others. Whatever brings you here, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and build relationships that feel healthier, more authentic, and more fulfilling. I work with young adults and adults who want to strengthen their relationships—with themselves, the people they care about, and the world around them. As a bilingual Latina therapist, I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds in both English and Spanish. Together, we'll explore how your culture, family, identities, and life experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and connect with others. Every part of who you are is welcome here.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I can support you if you're: -Feeling disconnected, lonely, or misunderstood in your relationships. -Repeating patterns in dating, friendships, or family relationships that leave you feeling hurt or stuck. -Struggling to set healthy boundaries without feeling guilty. -Working through conflict with parents, siblings, partners, or other important people in your life. -Learning to trust yourself, build confidence, and develop a kinder relationship with yourself. -Adjusting to life changes like graduation, moving, starting a new career, becoming a parent, or the end of a relationship. -Trying to balance your personal values, cultural expectations, and the relationships that matter most to you. Together, we'll create a space where you can better understand yourself, recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to create the relationships and life you want. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, always guided by what matters most to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is holistic, drawing from relational, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral modalities. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I tailor our work to your unique goals and experiences. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the City University of New York’s Hunter College. My training emphasizes understanding the whole person—not just the challenges you're facing, but also the relationships, environments, and experiences that have shaped your story. I believe relationships have the power to shape how we see ourselves and how we move through the world. The relationship we build in therapy is an important part of that process. My goal is to collaboratively create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood, so you can show up as your authentic self and move toward the life and relationships you want. I am excited to walk alongside you in your journey!
