What should a new client know about working with you?

Are you interested in improving your well-being, building stronger relationships, and using new skills to meet life's challenges? Through CBT and client-centered approaches, I specialize in the areas of health psychology, body image dissatisfaction, depression/anxiety, and life transition challenges. My style is feminist, trauma-informed, and emphasizes intersectionality.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients who work with me will, above all, be supported and empowered to dig deeply towards a better understanding of themselves and their distress. We move generally from symptom management to growth-oriented topics in order to both relieve acute distress while also focusing on overall hopes for growth and satisfaction with life.
