Getting to know Nathan Duff

I've worked in mental health since 1996, starting with elementary school counseling and later clinically supervising teen and adult crisis response. I’ve found myself particularly successful working with issues of emotional dysregulation, borderline personality, and trauma. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and also certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT). I enjoy working with youth and am a Certified Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS). I hold a Master’s in School Counseling from the University of Lynchburg. Currently, I focus on ages 13 and up but might consider working with younger kids depending on the situation.
