Hey there! My name is Nathan Eder. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working as a therapist since 2021 but involved in the field of mental health since 2016. I have experience working with an array of specialties including individuals with disabilities, behaviour management, supported living skills, mental health treatment, family therapy, groups, and individual counseling. I have also worked with children as young as 4 years old, older children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Adjustment Disorder, OCD, Conduct Disorder, Bipolar, Grief, Life Adjustments, and Self-Esteem. My Philosophy towards treatment is that you have the solution within you and our time together will be spent putting it in the “spotlight” and having it be more present. Solution focused therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, and trauma-based care are my preferred approaches, but I work to tailor my approach to those who meet with me, putting them first
