Getting to know Nathan Edwards
Welcome! My name is Nathan Edwards. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background in working with individuals from all backgrounds, ages, races, and genders. I have 10 years of counseling experience working with young adults at a small Liberal Arts School, and currently, I've been working with individuals ages 12 to 90 years plus for the past 8 years in Texas.
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with the stressors of everyday life, which include but are not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, men's issues, relationship struggles, Spirituality, youth with problematic sexual behaviors, executive functioning skills, and managing difficult emotions. I am a Christian cognitive-behavioral therapist trained in EMDR, and I use tenets from motivational interviewing, DBT, behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
