Getting to know Nathan Worster

I am here for your relational needs. I'm your counselor if you want someone who is all about relationships. Relationships can be the most rewarding part of life. They can also be one of the most difficult. Wherever you are in your relationship, I am here to help you thrive. I offer counseling for couples, families, and individuals to help with all of life's changes. The reason I focus so much on relationships is because I know the profound effect relationships have on mental health, addiction, and trauma. If life is a journey, counseling is a pit stop to overcome issues that arise, but relationships are the roads that you navigate to get where you need to go. I can assist by providing support, conflict resolution, and relationship enrichment. I've worked with couples and individuals facing relational challenges, parenting issues, and mental health needs including depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Grace College & Seminary, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively. We will spend the first session getting to know each other to make sure this is a good fit for you. After that we will focus on behavioral changes that can improve your life and relationships as well on focusing on your inner life.
