What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that therapy is a dedicated space for refinement and self-discovery. Much like a sculptor, we can use the therapeutic process to shape our life by strengthening our mental health. In this partnership, you are the expert of your life and you choose how you want it to look going forward. I will serve you as your collaborator, providing the specialized tools and perspective necessary to help you create the most authentic, beautiful, and meaningful life imaginable. Together, we can chisel away obstacles, polish your strengths, repair the cracks that emerge over time, and take time to admire all that’s been created.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help individuals navigate the heavy fog and frustration of anxiety, depression, loss, and life transitions. If you feel stuck or have lost your sense of self, we will work together to clarify a way forward that is positive, pragmatic, and personalized. In an environment that is both non-judgmental and empowering, we'll initiate and sustain meaningful and lasting change in your life. Successful therapy starts with acknowledging the overlap between our shared human experience and your individual odyssey. I blend cognitive, relational, and emotional approaches to ensure our work is effective and tailored to you. As a licensed and trained therapist, I provide the tools and support needed to navigate challenges and rediscover yourself.
