What is your typical process for working with clients?

Natividad uses an integrative, person-centered, narrative, and mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach while integrating play therapy and somatic interventions. She also uses somatic EMDR, nervous system work, and incorporates other modalities as needed.
