For over 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or navigating big changes. I also specialize in working with individuals managing both mental health and substance use concerns, helping them find balance and hope.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is down-to-earth and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—I’ll meet you where you are and together we’ll discover tools that fit your goals and your life. Sessions with me are a space to slow down, process what feels heavy, and start making changes that feel both real and sustainable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help clients ease anxious thoughts, build confidence, improve relationships, and feel more balanced in times of stress. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, but you don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. If you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.
