Have you been struggling with mood or behavioral problems lately? Losing time from work, family, or commitments? Feeling "out of control" or a loss of motivation? These challenges can lead to anger, fear or sadness, or a sense of disconnection from others and everyday experiences. I have been working with individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, depression, obsessive thinking, impulse disorders, and comorbid addictive diagnoses for 5+ years now. Together, we can work on improving physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life. We will figure out your best qualities, strengths, and abilities to realize your goals. What should a new client know about working with you?

I have expertise and experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and spirituality and values based interventions. I prefer humanistic, client-centered, affirming, validating therapy interventions to challenge and redirect shame, anger, blame, and similar destructive forms of thinking and related behaviors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I can help you with obsessive thinking, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, depression, mood instability, distraction, disorganization, and co-occurring addiction struggles. I typically focus on challenges with behavioral and cognitive restructuring, and utilize exposure therapy, acceptance, and values based work to help you achieve long-term results in mood and behavior improvement. I work both in person and on telehealth, and offer flexible scheduling, including both business hours and nighttime availability.
