Ive Bering in therapy for over four years. When I first started I was someone who hadn’t believed in therapy before and always had my doubts. It’s scary having to be vulnerable and allowing people in, let alone someone who you do not know. Neda has been the only therapist that I’ve connected with and truly cares about her patients. She understands, listens and provides the best treatment for YOU. I have never been more happy with my mental health services. I’m happy to have found Neda!

I cannot recommend Neda enough as a therapist. She has truly changed my life for the better. From the moment I met her, she made me feel heard and understood. Her compassionate and non-judgmental approach created a safe and welcoming environment for me to share my thoughts and feelings. With her guidance, I was able to identify and work through deep-rooted issues that had been holding me back for years.
Neda has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and her insights were always spot on. She helped me to see things in a new light and gave me tools to manage my emotions and cope with challenging situations. Her support and encouragement were invaluable during some of the toughest times in my life.

Neda has such a calm, open, thoughtful, kind, supportive, caring, and approachable demeanor. I look forward to our weekly therapy sessions, and throughout the process of diving into my post-trauma inner work, she has helped me to process through the many layers of trauma and ultimately heal, so I am able to live a healthy and thriving life.
