Hi! I look forward to working with clients who are introspective and willing to engage in the self-work necessary for creating lasting, positive change.
I work with adult individuals struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, self esteem, navigating relationships and those individuals you may need a sounding board to process their day to day life.
I work with couples—both straight and queer—offering a compassionate space to explore relationship dynamics, heal old wounds, and build stronger, more intentional connections.
I particularly enjoy supporting couples navigating the complexities of trauma and its impact on their lives and relationships. Additionally, I work well with those dealing with codependency, helping them embrace their authentic selves and develop healthier, more fulfilling connections. I have a strong affinity for working with LGBTQ+ couples, providing a safe and affirming space where they can explore their unique experiences and challenges. My goal is to provide a compassionate and empowering environment where each client can grow, heal, and thrive.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
After you book an appointment, our office will confirm your information to ensure you receive the practice intake documentation needed to start services.
During the first session, I will cover the practice policies and go over your intake questionnaires to ensure we have a good grasp for establishing treatment goals. The first session will be used to gather more information about your relationship, the problem at hand, and establishing clearly defined goals for treatment, as well as establish therapeutic rapport to ensure a comfortable space for your continued growth in treatment.
