Getting to know Neena Lall
Neena is an LCSW with 9 years of experience and holds a Master's in Public Health from Columbia University. She works from a humanistic and trauma-informed perspective guided by the belief that everyone comes to therapy with their own resilience, strengths, and skills. Neena helps people articulate these strengths so they can use them more effectively, build on them, and grow in new ways with support. Drawing from training and clinical experience in psychodynamic, behavioral, and post-modern therapeutic techniques, she uses an integrative and directive approach to help clients better understand how their life experiences, the world we live in, and their identities impact them. Neena also helps clients build concrete skills to cope confidently, create more satisfying relationships, and develop a greater sense of meaning in life on a daily basis.
